Returns Policy

At Step in Sands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to make the return process as easy and hassle-free as possible. Whether you need to exchange your sandals for a different size or simply return them for another reason, we’ve got you covered.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on all sandals within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The sandals must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The product must not show signs of wear, dirt, or damage.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included with the return.

If your sandals have been worn or show signs of damage, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number and provide instructions on how to send the sandals back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  3. Ship Back the Item: Securely package the sandals with the Return Authorization Number and any relevant paperwork. Please make sure to ship it using a trackable carrier to ensure the package is safely returned.

Refunds

Once your returned sandals are received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after the return is processed.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order for the sandals you want and returning the original pair for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges, as our inventory can change quickly.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and are committed to resolving the issue quickly.

Sale and Clearance Items

Items purchased on sale or clearance are eligible for return, as long as they meet our return criteria. However, returns on these items will only be accepted for store credit or exchange, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
  • If a return is shipped outside the 30-day window, we reserve the right to deny the return request.
  • Please keep your tracking number when returning items. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
